Where can I start...If I could give a half a star I would! My family member went to get a radio installed. Paid for a Pioneer deck and they put in a Jensen; what a hunk of Crap. Radio stopped working within 3 mos, buttons falling off, volume dial malfunctions, etc. Family member went to them with receipt for explanation, refund, new radio, etc. They looked right at my family member and said ," We didn't install that radio cause we don't even deal with Jensen". Straight Bold Face Lie. We NEVER did get a refund or at least a replacement. This company is SHADY. They don't stand behind their work and even if you present a receipt they will Lie right to your face. If you want HONEST, Quality work AVOID this Company at all Cost! Literally.
