Absolute WORST installers to be found! The guys came out in November 2017 to install carpet. The "installer" had no skill whatsoever. After being 2 hours late and making excuse after excuse, the install was terrible. There is a seam in the carpet clear across the center of my living room (extremely noticeable). The guy said "oh I glued it, it takes a while to go away". I don't do carpet, he does, so who am I to argue? However there is also the problem that the edges around the doorways and walls is sticking out and is not tacked down. So I bring this up and am told that there was a problem (no specifics given) and they would return the next day to fix the carpet.

After literally 12 rescheduled appointments due to rain, and mis-scheduled appointments (such as "we'll be there Saturday", and they call Thursday asking where I am because they're on the way while I AM AT WORK!) they send out a 3rd person to "take pictures for the claim". It is now April 8th, 2018! and I still have a giant seam in my carpet, doors that won't close, and walls that are covered 6 inches above the floor with carpet. Do not allow Lowe's to use this contractor in your home. They are absolutely repugnant in the way they handle business.
