Bought 2 used appliances at different times, had to replace first purchase with new one anyway, and ther second purchase was a washer and when I called to tell them it wasn't working I was told I wasn't balancing it properly. I was so done with trying to use it I called to ask them to pick it up and was told that the service manger said that he knew it was never going to work because of the floor. Why install something you know won't work? not what I consider an honest company.

We moved to the Tillamook area 2 years ago and this is the ONLY company I have used due to their almost immediate response time and courteous/professional company; including the office staff and the repairmen that have been out to our home! I've never had a repair company that was willing to work late if my issue with an appliance was an immediate problem before using All Star.



I have 7 major appliances and service warranties on all of them, and All Star is a blessing beyond words! Their name fits every aspect of their service. I've had 2 "emergencies" (whether they are real emergencies or not, they are real emergencies to us! Not being able to do laundry for even 1 day is an emergency situation to ME!!! LOL!!!) in 2 years and they came out the same day on both occasions!!!! It's not as if they aren't busy, it's just that they are willing to make the time and the service men are willing to work late to take care of their customers.



We live about 8 miles outside of Tillamook so we are "out of the way" and STILL they come out quickly! They also accommodate to the hours we are available. It's just an incredible company, no matter what aspect of their company you are dealing with. They also sell new equipment and have NEVER tried to sell me anything, so I purchase all parts (not covered by warranties) through them because they don't have high pressured sales people. It's a pleasure to deal with them, not a pain like other companies are when you call them.

I have had appliances serviced for around 20 and moved MANY times so I've obviously had a lot of different company in my lifetime. This company is by far the best one I have had the PLEASURE of doing business with, in my 20 years of dealing with this industry! The only word to describe them is excellent!!! :) They go FAR above and beyond to ensure we are more than happy and they come same day or next day EVERY time! They are so dependable, more than reasonable and because they are family owned/operated they actually take pride in their work!!! It's so refreshing to have them and when something has a problem, I don't hesitate phoning them right away!!! Thanks so much for taking your time to read this. :)

They are very courtious and prof. I have never recived a complaint from any of my coustomers about C&E's
