I scheduled a time for Don or Mark to come to our house in Rockaway to bid for deck build and repair - scheduled specifically for when we would be down there and they were a no show - I called an left a message asking where they were - never a call back.

Me: Hi I have an emergency water leak when can you be here? Don: tomorrow between 9-10am. Me: so like 9am? Don:between 9-10 not sure who will be there but between 9-10. Me: Ok, I'll take time off to be there because it's an emergency. Fast forward to the next day. I get a call from Don at 10:15 asking me if/when we had an appointment. I told him of our previous conversation and how I had been expecting him. He told me he was on his way. 4, yes FOUR hours later he calls me and tells me he is leaving now and asks if I am still home for him to come over? This guys is disorganized, and rude. He told me his not showing up on time was not his fault. He may have been delayed by some other issue but it is his responsibility to call and say he can't keep his commitment. Which he did not do twice.

Great customer service, reasonable pricing and good workmanship
