If your looking for a car loan DO NOT GO HERE!!! In fact a house or business loan would be worse! I've had two car loans through the Tillamook Branch and both have went horribly.
First of all, if your looking for a bank that can make discussions easily and consistently this bank has the WORST MANAGEMENT STAFF!
They will add costly insurance that you don't need to your loan. I paid my loan off in cash $10000 and they couldn't decide whether to release my title to me and they didn't have a reason it was paid in cash! According to the other two banks I bank with USAA and Sterling they should have released it immediately, these two would have. It took a week. I should have had it the same day, which ended in a bad relationship with the new buyer who thought I was delaying because their bank advised them that it should have been released in the same day as well!
If you need a bank in town GO TO STERLING/UMPQUA! TLC IS NOT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY ARE FOR THEMSELVES!!!
If your looking for up to date technology like internet banking, apps and web-based services. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not honor their customers which means lots of wait time. USAA you deposit and it's available immediately, NOT HERE! They do not have any apps. You can't pay loans from outside accounts online, you have to go into the bank. THE BANK OPENS AT 9:30am!!!??? What are they doing all morning???
THIS IS THE WORST BANK EVER!!! Do not waste your time!!!
