I go here all the time and I am a woman. It is am oil change place not a spa. They always do a great job.

My husband normally takes my vehicle there and was out of town so I stopped. Guy at counter was very rude and actually turned his back and walked away without answering any questions. I walked out quickly followed by mgr who stated he isn't normally at the counter. Had he told me that things would have been very different. I then ask that he not touch my vehicle. Of course he did. My husband and I will not go back.
