I need a chimney liners I went to the local shops as I am on a fixed income and I had a pleasant experience with the onerous and my liner installed the people were professional and did the job at a much lower price thank you able stove shoppe

I have been doing business with Able Stove Shop for about 7 years (purchased new Gas & Wood Stoves and a PWI Shed) and have found them to be very helpful in selecting the best product for me and my house. Their installation crew was on time, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend that you check out Able if you are in the Lakes region and looking for a new stove.

Poor Service for a good product

Poor Service for a good product. Since I purchased my Pellet Stove from Able Stove Shoppe in Tilton NH I have received less than poor service from them. After I Purchased and received my pellet stove from them, I had to wait several weeks to receive the duct work to hook it up and get it working. Then when a part broke, while it is under warranty, I called told them what part I needed to get it up and working in the middle of winter. I have called them several times over the last 10 days I just got there recorder and the two times I spoke to someone they said they would look into it and get back to me. They have yet to get back to me about the part and when I will get it. Mind you I did the research about the part I needed. I got it from the designers of the stove; yet, they are unable or I think unwilling to take the time to get me the part. It is winter here in New Hampshire and the Pellet Stove is not working and Able Stove Shoppe is not doing anything to help me get my stove back up. If you are looking for a good stove I recommend you get it else where if you want service for your product. In my case, I have yet to receive any service from Able Stove Shoppe. I had to call Regency Stove in Canada, the manufacturer of the pellet stove they are sending me the part.



After Able Stove Shoppe sells you the product, they will only stand behind the product when it suits them, not when needed. .

terrible service!!

I tried for 6 weeks to get a broken part from them for an RSF stove. They do not respond or return phone calls! They apparently don't care about customers once they get your money! I am now concerned about the safety & reliability of the RSF woodburning products!

It is a shame that Jack feels this way about us. We had an issue getting the part from a supplier and did get in contact with him as soon as we had some information. His FIRST e-mail was responded to in a timely manner, but by that time Jack had already made his mind up about us. Rather than talk to us and try and resolve this, Jack would rather try and smear our good name. And then when his part did come in it took several weeks for it to get picked up, by his wife no less. We try to help all of our customers as best as we can, but Jack refused to accept it. We are sorry that he feels this way and still do value his business. Any concerns with the RSF product can be take up with RSF themselves, we sell and stand behind the product, but do not manufacture them. They have a reputation that speaks for itself.
