We originally purchased a hot tub from Regina Pools and Spas in 1990. It was well maintained and only had trouble with it after 15 years. We replaced it with another hot tub in 2005 from Regina and only recently had the heating element replaced. I suffer from osteoarthritis and use the hot tub frequently. I feel like a new man and totally relaxed after each encounter. For the few times that I have needed service, Regina has been responsive and taken care of any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Their products are top of the line and their service can be trusted. We would highly recommend Regina Pools and Spas to all of our family and friends. Art

I spent a small fortune with this disreputable company. I had Regina Pools install a new liner in my in ground pool. I even purchased the extended warranty on their top of the line liner. Well, the liner leaked BADLY! Regina Pools did NOTHING to take care of the problem! At the time of the installation of the liner I also purchased the best Hot Springs hot tub that they sold. The cover faded so badly that it looks like it is 30 years old, once again nothing was done. Don't waste your hard earned money dealing with this disreputable dealer!!!

The spa purchase experience was great, six years ago. I've been trying to schedule a service call for 8 days now. After 2 voicemails, an email and finally requesting that a coworker leave a note on his desk, John has yet to return phone call. He is apparently the only employee who can schedule anything related to a spa. He has no backup. I've spoken with nearly every employee in the place. They transferred me to the pool service person last Friday, who was very nice, but knows nothing about spas. She asked me to do a restart procedure which I had already done twice to no avail. 8 days in, no communication, no service call scheduled, no use of the spa. I've contacted Hot Spring for a different service company. They have not responded in 4 days.

I purchased a tub from a deale...

I purchased a tub from a dealer in Parkville a few years ago and left it with the house. Their product was great and the services were acceptable. In Oct. 2011, my wife and I bought a tub at the Timonium Fairgrounds "Spa Expo". Don't make that same mistake. We cancelled that tub because of deceptive practices from the salesman at the expo and later from the owner Hot Tubs Inc. Anyway, after all of that we researched like we should have done prior to the purchase. I researched about five hot tubs dealers in the area and my findings took us back to Regina. The tub is a Hot Springs which is not their top of the line tub but is a fantastic tub. When we compared it to all the other mid level tubs, we found it was the only one with two pumps as opposed to a single pump. The salesman came to the house prior to delivery to assure the site was prepared and then showed up on the day of delivery. They provided the required start up chemicals and took a water sample the day of delivery. You can take a water sample to them any time you want and they will analyze it on site for you. I am big on service and truly believe that my wife and I made the right decision by going with Regina. We actually still stand to lose our 20% deposit from the good folks at the fairgrounds "spa expo" but I'm convinced that following through with that purchase would have led to years of dissatisfaction and headaches. Good luck with your search for a spa but make certain that you at least stop in at Regina. They seem to be genuine people.

I agree with the other review....

I agree with the other review. We've used Regina for 8 years plus and their service attitude is awful. I've called three times about work that was supposed to be complete yet isn't and I've not had one return call. Very frustrating. I dread calling the store because the staff could care less and speak to you as if your business is not necessary for their survival! Very nonchalant and lazy attitude - like"aren't you lucky I answered the phone and am speaking with you at all". Fran can be great if you can get him on the phone and is very friendly. His staff, though, needs an overhaul. Sharon must be related - she s the worst. Their work is better than most though
