The eye examiner rushed me, and my right eye isn't as clear as my left when i look through my glasses. Paid way too much for all the extra's. Wish i would have read the reviews on this place before i went there. Very Disappointed.

I don’t even know where to begin with this business, the least I can say is with my experience I was a first time customer and will be a LAST TIME customer.
When The glasses arrived and I came to pick them up I was given the glasses and told to have a good day. I was confused by this because I wasn’t even given the opportunity to try them on. Luckily, I told them “No, I would like to try them on before I take them home.” She was confused and said, “Oh okay, if you want I guess that’s fine. Have a seat over there. Try them on.”
I tried them on and to my surprise I had triple vision and could not focus at all (My prescription had not changed). I was given a manager who asked me a few question and took a look at the glasses. She insisted I just needed to get used to them. (I’ve had corrected vision for 13 years) Which I replied I’ve had glasses before, I have glasses now, I have contacts now. This is not right. She investigated further putting them into a several machine and couldn’t focus them later told me that they added bifocals to my prescriptiom.
They sent them back to be fixed/remade and I came back another week later and the same experience again, confusion on why I would want to try them on and the prescription not being right again. The same mananger helped and found that the lenses were 40 degrees wrong? (Whatever that means) and sent them back a SECOND TIME.
After the THIRD REMAKE and a MONTH after my appointment they were still not correct I finally asked for a total refund which the manager argued with me and only wanted to refund me the frames. If this business cannot even correctly make lenses not once, not twice but on the third time still not get it right, I absolutely have no faith in their exams either.
Overall, this locations customer experience is terrible, the way they operate and the management is nonexistent. I would avoid this business at all costs. Other America’s Best may be good, but I would stay away from this location specifically.

This store has inexpensive glasses and a great deal where I could buy two pairs of glasses for $70. The staff was very friendly. However, I was told my order would be in between 5-7 business days. 8 business days later, no glasses, and I had to go in for surgery, meaning I couldn't wear my contacts, and I had no glasses. It's been 13 days and my glasses still have not arrived, and I'm still not able to wear my contacts. I am very disappointed.

The employees are curteous. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice wide selection of frmaes to choose from. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience shopping here.

Mad a trip up here I and I highly recommend you give it a try that is if your into good stuff at low prices.I love this place it has all the latest style America'a Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is one of the best.
