Had the worst Customer Service here. She was very unsure how to take my dress in how I wanted. Was very hard to understand her let alone express to her what I wanted. I ended up pulling my dress out , was a very stressful situation.

I've been going to betschers for the last 5 months or so. Erika, the owner, is very sweet. I love the service and haven't had any issues. Twice I have been asked if they can keep a garment longer to clean it again. This is why I continue to bring my business there. I know that they will do their best to make my clothes look their best even if it means they will have to retreat them at no charge. They also have same day at no additional cost and a drop off bin when I'm in a hurry or can't make it during their business hours. I recommend it to all my friends. I haven't tried their tailoring yet but I've heard good things as well.
