While the Dr. Seth Levrant may be a good doctor, the ethics in how they bill is a bit unscrupulous. And though you may leave a message for the billing dept to contact you, they will not unless you definitely get them on the phone in the phone yourself. If you ever cancel an appointment with them in a timely manner, you may just receive a phone call saying you missed your appointment and if you do not take care of that erroneous statement left by the billing person right away, they may charge you for it. It's very unorganized billing there and you will also get a billing person saying that they are billing your insurance on your behalf as a courtesy to you. So, good doctor who constantly reminds his staff to do their work properly still equals bad business. It could be better with a restructure in their billing ethics and billing department.
