Great service! My driver was Ziad and he was on time, friendly and courteous. Took me to and from O'Hare during Christmas travel. I had flight delays on the return, but he stuck around and waited for me. Great experience! Will definitely recommend.

Great overall service. Always very prompt. The drivers are friendly and courteous. I recommend them to all my friends, family, and neighbors.

I reserved for picked up to the airport and from airport back home. They were fantastic, on

time both time and the drivers were extremely polite and very

helpful with all the luggages.



Simply fantastic.

The cab was fast, clean, and friendly. But I did notice that the meter wasn't running. They charged me $10 for a 1.3 mile trip. They only reason why I got a cab was so I didn't have to try and cross I-80 on foot. RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the only company to use while in Tinley park!!! Went to Depeche Mode and charged $5.00 a head.. Metered from 80th and Tinley to our hotel and cost $6.00!! Even offered a receipt.. By far the only one to use!! Other cab companies were charging double and not metering the toll!

I have used other cab companies and the ones I have called have taken FOREVER to get to me causing me to miss, trains, and even flights. I finally found a Cab company that is reliable, reasonable, and the cabs are very clean too. They are reasonably priced and I have not missed anything since I started using them. They live up to their name for SURE. 5 STAR SERVICE!

I have used countless cab companies on the southside of Chicago (where I live) and I have not come across one like Five Star Taxi & Shuttle. They show up on-time, they are reasonably priced and courteous. They have flat rates to the airport, which is great for me because I travel for business and frequently go on vacation with my family. They come highly recommended by me!
