While Dr. Hanna has a nice bedside manner, she runs her business terribly. She has very limited hours and regularly cancels appointments, which are hard to reschedule. My last straw was when my daughter needed her stitches removed. She got them at the ER and we were told to follow-up with our pediatrician. We made the appointment 3 days in advance. We arrived, waited 15 minutes only to be told "oops we are sorry but we are out of the kits to remove stitches. and by the way the insurance doesn't cover it so she does it as a courtesy. you should just go back to the ER". This is unreal, horrible business practice, and unacceptable. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go here if you want consistently and reliably.
