This guys should be out of business. They lie to there clients. They promised to get me several credits since I was a first time home buyer and that was all B.S. They kept changing the amount of the loan without me knowing. I was told I needed to have in my bank account a certain amount of $$ in order for the bank to approve my loan and in all reality, my loan was already approved. Once again, they kep that from me. I had to borrow money to keep in my bank in order to close on my house. When closing came, I was told they would be by my side during closing, and guess what, they never showed up. John and Mark told me i need to bring $14K to closing. I thought that was a lot for being FHA and for being a first time home buyer. At closing, I was hit with $22k to put down on my house. They lied! My loan was approved for less than what they told me and the money I had to keep in the bank for closing was actually money i had to put down on my house. THEY DIDNT TELL ME THAT!!!! They said the bank just needed to see that we had funds but we didnt need to put all that money down! John and Mark are scammers! Please do not go with them!!! They stressed me out for 2 months so they could benefit off of me. They took advantage at the fact that i was homeless and that i needed to buy a home. These guys should be out of business. Please do not go with them! its not worth the stress and being left with zero money at the end!
