I have been renting for a little over two months and it has been a horrific experience. I have a leaking foundation that they refuse to come fix, so every time it rains my basement floods, it is also causing mold to form and nothing is being done. Also had a tree fall and collapse my back porch and roof. They did come remove the tree but it's been over 7 weeks and still no back porch or roof. This is a fire hazard and needs to be addressed. Maintainance will tell you they are coming but they don't. Just recently because I call every single day I was able to talk to the maintainance supervisor and I hope he is able to resolve these issues. He is the only bright spot.
