We explained to Tony exactly what we were hoping to be set up using the items we had in our family room. He provided the exact service and technical ability to solve our requests. He told us he would keep everything very simple for us to be able to follow in the future. A few items he wanted to install were not working and told us the best option would be to replace the items if we desired. A soundbar we recently purchased was connected to our delight. All in all we could not be happier with Tony and his treatment of us as customers.

For never hearing about this company--and taking a chance...it was like hitting a home run!From initiating the first email inquiry--I experienced:1. A quick reply and quote. (Day one.)2. Setting the appointment--within 48 hours.3. Professionalism from the moment they came into my house!4. They mounted the TV and connected to our BOSE system with such attention to detail.5. They had the VISION to help me realize we needed to put in a cord for the future when we would purchase a blue-ray and have the ease of hooking it up once we purchased the blue-ray.6. Mounted 3tvs in our new house, installed audio throughout home, updated old m&s intercom system to a video intercom and added 2 video cameras. Very knowledgeable and reliable staff.

I had 2 tv's mounted on the wall and they did an awesome job. They didn't mark up my walls or make unnecessary holes when installing the mounts. All the people were very polite and there was no mess afterwards. I can't wait to use them again.

Tony did a great job mounting our TV. He had all kinds of suggestions and made sure we were involved in every step of the installation. His website gives a detailed and easy to read description of services provided. It made the process of selecting an installer very easy. My husband is always skeptical when I find companies online and tell him to call to get a consultation. Well this time, I told him I found this place online that had awesome reviews and he should call to discuss mounting our TV above our fireplace. He called and asked Tony to come out and look at the project. Tony was very responsive to his requests and came out to look at our fireplace to see if the TV could be mounted. He walked my husband thru what we needed to purchase and how the tv was going to be installed. Once the TV was installed Tony even came out to make sure that my husband had connected the outdoor speakers correctly to the receiver. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about the work that Tony and company produced and the personalized service we received. we would recommend them to anyone.

I am so pleased with the flat screen install done by Music Evolution. The install was a gift from me to my son. I received a prompt response to my email. Tony took the time to explain the process step by step.From start to finish a great experience.

I called and emailed many installers on Craigslist, Dexknows and Yelp to get a feeling of what I needed to get done with my install of my 1st ever flat panel. Let me save you some time...I did the research...use Tony and Bill from Music Evolution. The overall experience was EXCELLENT!! My job wasn't a huge one but they treated it like it was their own. They were on time and listened to my needs and concerns before any work was started. They quickly went to work and 2.5 hrs. later...PERFECTION!! It looks beautiful. TV is spectacular..mount is of high quality, workmanship top notch!! From concealing the wires to installing the outlet, it looks like it belongs to an install in a brand new home, not my 50+ year old home. Not a nick on the wall or speck of dust anywhere. Very clean, very professional and especially very knowledgeable about the whole industry. They spoke in a kind and teachable manner, not condescending as some do. They even took care of hooking up Apple TV for me at the last minute since I forgot to mention it to them until the end.....Tony took it in stride as asked if I would like it done, which involved running another HDMI cable...and minutes later it was installed and Bill was walking me thru the setup on screen. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your A/V needs. I am already planning my next project of a whole house sound system and I would be crazy to use anyone else.
