Provided by YPmobileI took my 2012 jeep through the wash, during the wash it ripped off my rear license plate holder. I asked the cashier to please get the manager, Mike (who is apparently the manager, who should never ever be allowed to manage a business/ interact with customers) came out and was all huffy proclaiming that "we have done 200 cars today, it must have been broken before you came here, this isn't our problem". I was shocked to be treated so poorly by a "manager", when I simply was informing him that his carwash ripped off my license plate holder which was now hanging on by a wire. He shook his head and walked off into a back room. He was of no help what so ever, finally a nice gentleman (Eric?) came out and reattached the holder with the remaining undamaged bracket, so that I could at least make my 45 min drive home without it falling completely off. Never have I ever been treated so poorly, if they treat their customers like this, I don't want any part of their business and neither should you.

Provided by YP.comI had my car there Aug. 1, 2009 to be detailed and when I picked it up I had a huge dent above my back hatch. My car has never been wrecked or damaged. I did not see it until the next day and when I returned to complain the manager on duty said you can not prove we did that. I went home and called my Insurance company. The car has over $1000 in damage and I have to pay $500 ded. to have it fixed. I too was trying to reach the owner and have not been able too for weeks. Yes I did a BBB report also but they have many. I guess they just don't care. Please avoid this place if you like your car.

I had the "bumper to bumper" detail service done on my car with Park Hills. After I picked up my car I found that the technicians caused $900.00 damage to the air vents when they inserted tools to clean the ducts.
The Manager on duty committed to paying for the damage. 2 weeks later and still no call to correct the issue. I was then told the owner denied the claim and refused to pay. The owner did not return my calls for a week so I opened a Better Business Bureau claim and with multiple requests has not responded to the BBB either.
After giving me the run around for 3 weeks about "working with Toyota" to get the parts, the owner finally admitted he would not correct the damage caused, ultimately hanging up with me.
If you like your car, like I do, steer clear of Park Hills Car wash. There are several better options in the area and after over a year of loyal patronage to this business - I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
