shopped at tinley location vaperz since they opened in december 2014. i spent $200-$300 a month on mods and juice at this place. bought a $70 ipv mini and returned it because it stopped working a week later. so they tried to fix it themselves, went to pick it up and the guy behind the counter checked it and it caught fire in the store. it wouldn't stop firing so he threw it out the back door. i was told 3 times the owner would call me to resolve the issue. i NEVER got a call call back in over 3 weeks! in the meantime i spent another $80 there on a evic vt that 1 week later wouldn't charge. i was basically told by staff to get lost and send it back to manufacturer. the kids working there are nice but the owner doesn't give a C**p about his customers. BBB complaint in motion! DO NOT SHOP AT VAPERZ!!!
