Dr. Walter is great...IF the front desk is willing to work with your schedule. They are not. How many times must one repeat that if he/she works FULL TIME and several attempts are STILL made to schedule a patient during his/her full time schedule then it is NOT conducive to a successful appointment for all involved? Furthermore, when a receptionist is "bothered" by a patient's question enough to ROLL HER EYES in front of said patient.......What ?! I can think of many people out of work right now who would excel and care about others if in that position. I will NEVER go back based on the uncaring and unprofessional customer service I received on more than one occasion.
