Kate was extremely helpful, during the sale, but especially after. She is extremely familiar with the features of the Lincolns, and either set things up for me, or, instructed me on the usage.

I was very satisfied with the customer service and sales people we had the pleasure of doing business with. They were extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs from the fresh coffee to the emergency cell phone charger I needed everyone pinch in to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable . I was impressed with our salesperson Jeff Capone who spent time to find just the right match and price for us for our new car. The financing dept was quick and efficient without trying to force extra packages and expenses on us that we didn't need. He offered all available options in a polite and gracious manner without confusion or disruption. I have already recommend friends and family to dealership. Thank you George Wall dealership.

My experiences at George Wall Ford has never been anything less than excellent. Kate Sagitova is a wonderful sales person. She is attentive, detailed, and very easy to work with. She is personable and I would recommend her to anyone. Her manager Bret is also great to work with. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. The service department is also terrific, and easy to work with. I cannot say enough great things about George Wall Ford!!!!!

Great place. Excellent location. Very nice service department. Well behind the employee door where they work is especially nice, they had all the tools and technology. That's probably why they got their state bids awarded. Waiting area is clean has coffee :) and is comfortable. Showroom is nice, clean and friendly. I enjoyed shopping there. I would recommend their dealership.
