I used the internet process to order an ornamental tree for my rock garden. After placing my order I waited for confirmation that it had been received. I receved none. I was able to confirm they received my order when the proper amount hit my account. Good to know they got it. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. Periodically I would check the order on their website and found that it was "pending". After two weeks I sent them an inquiry, again across the internet, asking for an update on my order. No respose...AT ALL. No polite confirmation that they received it or anything. Finally, I noticed that the status of my order had been changed from "pending" to "ordered". Good news but no other information was included. Then the tree arrived. It was shipped to my post office box number, not my street address.



To say the least their customer focus and service stink. Compared to other internet vendors Spring Hill Nurseries lives in the dark ages and I will NEVER do business with them again.

I live near the nursery and usually just go there but I do order their specials online a lot and they are always great growing plants. A lot come in the dormant state so they look dead, but plant them and they will outgrow anything in your garden. If anything does not grow, they are very prompt at replacing or refunding.
