Horrible! keep off!

You have to spend a $400 move-in penalty! You have to spend $200 a month just on roach/ant killer. They live in the walls throughout the building. They never stop coming no matter how many you kill. Fire alarms wake you up at random hours. You can hear every footstep of the person living above you, that includes vivid details when they're using the bathroom - gross. The south tower has homeless people living in. This place would be a perfect location for a horror movie, seriously. The pool hasn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. Many tenants are on section 8 and/or have felony on record. Oh, and there are the pit bulls - plenty of them. Someone is breeding them in his apartment. They walk the dogs on a small garden strip and no one is cleaning after the dog . IT STINKS! I would recommend reading the reviews on http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/FL-Titusville-Bay-Towers-formerly-Imperial-Towers-Apartments.html before considering Bay Towers so you know what you're getting yourself into.
