I first "met" Chef Larry, over the phone, when I called from Virginia looking to treat my (at the time) girlfriend to a lunch during her lunch break from her nearby work place.
He took great care of her and a picture of the two can now be found on Chef's website!

Just a month and a half or so later, the time had come to ask the BIG Question to my babe. After racking my brain, I finally decided to fly down and surprise her.
I got Chef Larry in on the proposal (along with mutual friends of hers and I) and the plan was for me to propose on her lunch break, with our mutual friends while at Chef Larry's!

Both Chef Larry and his lovely wife were eager and excited to help and be apart of it!
Without going into all the details, The chef and perhaps also the very nice server (who was also in on it) dropped off soups at their table, all but my girlfriend's. As soon as they walked away, I came from the kitchen (where I was hiding) to serve my girlfriend her soup.

She of course was completely surprised I was there, and although I had been dropping all sorts of clues, didn't realize WHY I was there until I got on one knee and proposed! SHE SAID YES!!!!

The Food was PHENOMENAL. The Service was EXCELLENT. And I can't thank the Chef and his wife enough for their generosity and hospitality! It was a real pleasure hanging out with the Chef and the staff and getting to know them that morning before my bride came for lunch.

Chef Larry has a "serving" type of heart, he loves cooking and loves taking care of the regulars and irregular customers by way of a great meal, fantastic service and a great smile! I'll definitely be back for some meals and I HIGHLY recommend you check out his spot if you're in the area!

Chef Larry is a chef that obviously loves what he's doing. This man prepares delicacies that no one else in the area is capable of. When you arrive you're greeted by his incredibly well trained and polite waiters and then probably seated by his most gracious wife. The menu is always fabulous and the portions are always more than generous. This is the kind of hidden jewel restaurant I'm always pleased to find. I would categorize Chef Larry's as a Rothschilds or better yet a New York quality restaurant hidden in the small town of Titusville.
