Don't do business with these folks unless you want a lot of headaches. I ordered a few small parts at one point and they charged my card over 20 times for the same part on one order for $21.96 and 12 more times for another order for $123. After contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges Ecklers tried to convince me that the charges were legitimate saying that if you add up all those charges that it balances out with my order. What a bunch of BS. What bookkeeper works like this? And then after I disputed they held another order that I had already placed and paid for without even telling me that they had no intention of shipping the newest order until I resolved their horrible accounting.! I would check on the order daily and talk to the reps there and at first they told me that my items were backordered. After approx. 2 months of waiting and my project being held up they finally told me that the reason was due to the accounting nightmare that they started! I immediately disputed the final charges, (over $2k and told them to shove it. I also found out that Classics had better pricing and way better service too. Stay away from these folks!!!

We ordered a part for our Firebird and when it arrived, it wasn't the part we ordered. The part shown on their website was correct...they shipped a different part. I called immediately and it took them another week to "investigate" if the part really was wrong. I was then told they were having issues with their new vendor with parts not being correct....so why did they mail it out if they knew there were issues? All in all, it took me 13 phone calls and 4 weeks to get the part returned and get a full refund.

I don't recommend this company

I ordered a back off break lite module from Ecklers. They charged me 54.99 +$16.00 shipping after they quoted me $10.00 for shipping. A total of $71.98. $16.00 for shipping a small module is ridiculous. I checked with e-bay and Amazon for the same thing and their price was complete and shipping included for$44.00 a $28.00 difference I called Ecklers immediately and the lady answered and told me there is nothing they can do and they cannot compete with E bay or Amazon. I would have returned the item, but I already installed the unite. Do not buy from Ecklers they are a rip off.
