Our goal is to help you land on a cost-effective moldable product. We verify your idea with 3d modeling and prints from this model. Then we use our 3D printing capacity to verify fit function and appearance. From lessons learned we take a path to avoid production issues. With our experience and knowledge of part designs, and mold building we can make you successful. Fabricating molds from single cavity molds to 32 cavities using cold runners, edge gates, sub gates, pin gates, valve gates, and hot manifold. We use Solidworks to design and program our CNC machines with Mastercam.
