Dr. Rashid does not wash her hands anytime we come in. Staff is lacking common intelligence to handle paper work and make sure patients are taken properly cared of. The wait it way to long for doctors to rush in and leave without listening to your concerns. Can you say new doctor:)

I always have a good experience at the PsJ office, I normally see Dr. Barimo and he's great. Unfortunately, today I went to the Titusville office and had a terrible experience. I waited for 2 hours, then I saw Dr. Rashid and she completely dismissed my concerns. My daughters symptoms changed After we left and her temp spiked so I called the doc to ask if I should change the home remedies she suggested and after a very rude 5 min conversation, she hung up on me. She was childish and inconsiderate. We will not be seeing her again!!
