I had a high mileage oil change for up to 7500 miles or 6 months and also a coolant flush. The techs failed to properly fill my oil and my coolant!! I drove only 2000 miles and almost blew up my vehicle. Also they give you a receipt when you leave that does not have any warranty info on it but it does state that if you have anyone look at your vehicle before them, then you void your warranty. I called Sonic Supervisors 16 times and requested to speak with the owner prior to having my vehicle looked at and they me stranded for over a week. I had my vehicle inspected by two independent automotive centers with actual certified mechanics who verified that my vehicle had no leaks and was in perfect working order and Sonic did not fill my fluids properly. Sonic Lube has only one owner despite what they want to tell you. Kit Sullivan is not a registered owner. They try to say that they have a warranty on your receipt but there is not one. They are being sued for all of their equipment, for stealing the trademark name of "Sonic" and for multiple other things. They also wanted to send an employee to my home after hours to look at my vehicle, like I am really suppose to let a strange unidentified man come to my home, at night, without any equipment to work on my truck, without a computer or anything to give me a receipt and not even knowing if this man is a mechanic. In all honesty I thought this man would cause damage to my vehicle rather than fixing it, as he did not and would have the proper equipment to perform any work.
