Too much work on the patients part to get the referrals correct. At least 10 phone calls to get right PT referrals and blood test. Eventually, the patient gets blamed for the problems, but not too surprised, because the level of professional is the Poconos is very poor. Last year I gave the dr an excellent review, but this year they are still looking for last years results?!
