My 82-year-old mother got home from bingo tonight and found that her house had been broken into. I live 2 hours away so all I could do was call the police and try to get someone to fix the broken window. I found Orange Glass online. The reviews were good so I called. I told him what happened and Lamont said he would come out right away. By the time I got on the road, he called and said he was there fixing the window. By the time he finished I was still an hour away. I offered to give him a credit card over the phone. The police were gone and I guess he could sense my uneasiness with leaving my mother alone so he offered to stay and wait. When I got there there were sitting down laughing. I was so surprised to see her smiling after her ordeal. But I think that Lamont being there made her feel calm. I'm so grateful for Lamont and Orange Glass. He went above and beyond. The care and concern he showed for my mom was invaluable and I can't thank him enough. Except to write this review.

Most reliable vendor I've worked with at any stage of my property management career. I've used Orange Glass & Mirror to fix broken glass doors at two properties and couldn't be happier with their service. Honest, reliable, friendly, and prompt. Both doors done same day. I've learned "you get what you pay for" the hard way, but these guys are the exact opposite. Best service and the best rates. Cannot recommend them enough.

Had some one throw a rock threw my front bow window found them on the YP app I called the at 6 am the owner of the company called answered the phone and in 20 mins he was at my home measuring the window gave me a set price and the window was replace. I will definitely use them again and will spread the word out great service thank orange glass !!!!

Called an hour and a half ago on a Saturday for help with a shattered window in a door leading to our furnace room. Now it's fixed. Lamont Hargrove, owner of Orange Glass & Mirror, came in less than an hour, was expert in his field and extremely pleasant to work with. Immediately noticed how this safer glass soundproofed an otherwise very noisy furnace room. Imagine if all businesses ran this way? (I'm picky) and I am very happy with this company and will use them this Spring to replace some old windows.

Called for help with a broken window in ten degree weather. Three hours later, the window was fixed and they even swept up any mess! Pleasant, professional and prompt. I couldn't ask for better. Thanks!

I needed my house window repaired. I called and the owner picked up. He agreed to come to my house on 1/21/15 in the evening (since I get home from work at 6pm) and to fix the window. He popped out the window, took it to his office and came back and popped it back in. He was pleasant, accommodated my schedule and did a great job on my window. I plan to use this company again in the future if I need them.

These guys are great and highly professional. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!! Had a window and some screens I needed fixed and they did an excellent job.

Very happy Orange Glass was able to replace the window glass.

Made a call and the owner, Lamont, said they would come next morning at 9AM. 8:45AM they showed up and did the replacement glass on site. So very pleased after getting the run around from other contractors trying to sell new window as opposed to a simple glass replacement.

Read the previous reviews and thought these are the guys I want to do business with. Called Mr. Lamont responded and gave me some insight into what I will need to do so we moved ahead and scheduled an appointment. Appointment time came and went never saw or heard from Orange Glass. Called him back a week later he didn't even apologize but said let me have my office call and schedule for us to come out. It has been 4 weeks and I still have not heard from Orange Glass. If the job was not of interest he could have simply said so. Makes we question/wonder who is writing these glowing reviews.

I don't write reviews, ever, but wow, these guys are great. Called Orange, left a message. Mr. Lamont called back in about 30 secs. 50 minutes later, Deion showed up and measured my broken patio door glass 5 times to get it right - told me it would take 7-8 days. About 7 days later, they called to advise me there was a delay in production and they would call me as soon as it was available. Couple of days later, they called and said it was ready and could be there that day. Lionel showed up two hours later and installed the glass, leaving the glass and work area spotless. These guys have all my future window and glass business. Well done, Mr. Lamont and crew...

My 89-year-old mom was selling her house and we called a local glass company in Jersey City and I felt like we were taken advantage of. The guy told me we needed brand-new windows and took a deposit. He said he'd call in 2 weeks when the windows came in. After not hearing back for going on 3 weeks, I called and was told they would need the rest of the money upfront to place the order. The closing was coming up soon so I decided to get another opinion. I went online and found Orange Glass. They came out and the owner told us we didn't need new windows, that the windows could be repaired. And he fixed them on the spot, for less than half of my original deposit to that other company, which I won't name, but know that I will be suing for our money back.

We were away on vacation when my brother-in-law called to say the police had called because there was a break-in at the house. One of our windows was smashed. We were thousands of miles away so there really wasn't much we could do. He called a couple of 24-hour glass companies, but couldn't get in touch with anyone. He called Orange Glass and someone actually answered the phone And they came to the house that night, met him there and fixed the window on the spot. We were able to continue on with the rest of our vacation in peace. Thanks you so much!!!

Orange Glass owner Mr. Lamont does the business very professionally. The charges to repair the windows are very reasonable. He will not tell you that you need a new window if the window can be reparied. I am very satisfied with his work and will definitely use him again as well as refer to my friends.

Great price, good service... Some of the national guys that pop up first were twice as high in price and no better on turnaround time...
