The Service Provider was reliable and maintained good communication with me during the planning process leading to the day of service. It was very reassuring. On the day of service, an assessment of what I needed was done - to set up my equipment for web chat and life streaming on the internet. I think it was the best technical assistance I could get. My printer problem was quickly fixed. I can now make perfect prints. I was very happy. The level of professionalism here is awesome. He was great in servicing my computer. He did not sell me anything that I didn't need and he was honest, low prices and quality service with a warranty. I called him and he came by late night.
