Trying to get in touch with this place for records. Mailed requests have been kicked back by the post office four times now. This phone has been ringing for 12 minutes now and no one is picking up. Is this really a facility?

There is nothing urgent or immediate about this place. My son who is 4 years old was waiting for two hours and had symptoms of an ear infection. Children should be a priority. There were multiple people who were seen before my son who seemed fine and did not have an appointment and we're laughing and joking with the receptionist. They had me wait an hour or so to put me in a room to wait longer. That is an unacceptable strategy to make patients believe that they're being seen as quickly as possible so I had to walk out after the third the nurse told me "the doctor is coming right now". This place gets no stars from me because there's no sense of urgency So disregard this star.
