the place is terrible. its call 21 century with 20th century equiptment. You cant cancel a membership even if you move they never answer the phone and they dont even have a web site. I feel like im in the 80s dealing with them. you would think at the very least when you call they would have a messege on thier answering machine that gave some info like directions, hours of operation, you get nothing. Trust me you really get what you pay for with superfitness. they are terrible.

I moved from Toledo to Cleveland and they dont have any locations in this area. The terms of the agreement states that if you move out of the area that they have locations, you can cancel. It has been 6 months and they refuse to stop billing me. I tried to call the credit company that manages the memberships (Current Credit) 419-476-3206 and they never answer the phone. I am being instructed that they are the only ones that can cancel the membership, unfortunately they dont answer the phone, it just rings and rings.. how convienent.

i moved and had to cancel my account and they are still charging me for a service i can not use because they took my card when i cancled. they have charged me the last 4 months and i cant even use it.
