Exceptional service at an excellent price. I called other heating and cooling companies in the Monroe area and could not find a reliable company to even come over and look. I had one company come over and give me a ridiculous quote for a new central air system. Then I found Action Heating and Cooling online and left a VM on a Saturday. I expected someone to call me back on Monday, but to my surprise, I got a call shortly after. I spoke with Mike about a new system, described my situation, and he was able to give me a general quote over the phone. Of course, the cost to install a new central air system is not cheap, so I decided to sleep on it. While the quote was by far the best I had seen so far, it still wasn't an easy decision. The next day, Sunday, I decided to proceed. Again, I left a VM and got a call back on a Sunday! A heating and cooling company that gives you a call back on a Sunday is exceptional service in my book. Action wasted no time and sent two technicians out to verify what they needed for the install on Monday morning. I decided to have a new Rheem system installed. They took a 50% down payment on the phone by credit card and the next week came out to install the system. There was no nonsense, no gotchas, no excuses or rescheduling. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Their pricing was the best I could find, the service was outstanding, and the quality of the work was exceptional. As a homeowner of a 115 year old house, I have dealt with a lot of trades people. It is rare to find a company so honest and reputable as Action, and I will gladly call them when I need other work done. I would recommend that you do so also. A+

I called to schedule an appointment and was hung up on immediately after they picked up the phone, called back and had to wait on hold only to be hung up on again. Perhaps they should invest in a better answering service so they do not lose customers.

Mike came out and found my problem and advised about having a service contract which I signed up for which will give me the peace of mind I want. I have used Action for over 10 years and have always received great service. Keepmup the good work

Wow is all I cna say as these guys are the best around they call me back right away and were at my house within an hour and they had my heat restored right away,
