Absolutely shocked by the ignorance of this Apple Store.

They have removed all of their display information. They have removed all of their prices. So basically, unless the customer is a mind reader, they have to ask one of the arrogant employees what they're looking at. This is where they really lost my business. "So what do you want to know?" The employee asked. "What kind of computer is it?" was my response. "Well, its a laptop" he said with an arrogant response, who then just stared at me without offering any information of the device with this "you're an idiot" gaze at me as if he thought I didn't know the difference between a Macbook, Macbook Pro, or an iMac. -That was all it took for us to walk out. We are purchasing a Macbook pro and an iMac for our business, but NOT AT THE APPLE STORE.

Hiding the prices, hiding the computer information, and forcing the customers to put up with arrogant responses to your questions has to be the biggest FAIL Apple Store has come up with in their sales tactics.
