Messed Up On Rubens!

Arby's should stick with what it knows - roast beef sandwiches. A recent promotion featuring their version of the Ruben sandwich failed due to being cold and soggy. A complaint filed with Arby's resulted in no communication or resolution. Their roast beef sandwiches are decent though!
