Provided by YP.comI don't recommend blue by atlas. I had a poor experience with a beaded prom dress, considering the majority of beads were missing. the beads were falling off. the seam was even beginning to tear in the back! we didn't notice it until the day after purchase. the workers were fine, but the dresses are simply "overpriced low-quality dresses".

Provided by YPmobileI was in a friend's wedding and these people and their policies are terrible! Maybe they are fine for bridal dresses but don't get your bridesmaids dresses here! Our dresses were ridiculously over priced. They gave us 20% off but then refused to press our dresses after they put them into bags that were too small and wrinkled them. They mixed up everyone's dress and sent mine to a bridesmaid out of state. Awful experience!!!

Provided by YPmobileI had a great experience at Atlas I have been treated poorly at alot of Bridal stores because my budget is low. Candy spent so much time with me and had great ideas to make sure I stayed well inside my budget and than had money left over for alterations. She recommended buying a one of the more elaborate bridesmaids dresses and ordering it in white than add lace and beading where I wanted it. She was awesome and answer all questions I had. The girls that helped with the bridesmaids dresses were really nice as well.

Provided by YP.comI was researching places to go bridesmaid dress shopping with my bridesmaids for my wedding and I came across Atlas. As I continued my research about Atlas, I found nothing but negative reviews for this place... which ultimately made my decision about scheduling an appointment with them. Most reviews had to deal with customer service and dress order complications. Atlas, do you even bother to read what your customers are saying about your store? You ought to know that these reviews are keeping future customers, such as myself, from stepping foot into your store. You should do something about the way your employees are treating these customers.

Provided by YP.comI went to Atlas Bridal with high hopes of finding the bridal gown of my dreams. My experience with this store was beyond horrible; in one word horrific. The wrong dress size was ordered, I was told that nothing could or would be done. We were treated horribly by their alterations department, and verbally attacked. I was left with a dress that didn't fit, and shattered dreams. Please, please avoid this bridal gown store, it isn't worth your time or trouble. Please note: the one star rating is only because I couldn't post without a rating. If I could there would be no starts.

Provided by YP.comIn all honesty, I was very displeased with the employees at Atlas. I found several of the employees to be very rude. Going in to intially look for dresses, I had to wait about ten minutes for acknowledgement. No one was manning the desk or on the floor. They were in the back room. I tried to explain what I was looking for, but the sales person merely pointed towards the discount racks, making an assumption that I was looking for that and walked away without helping. After floundering around I noticed the woman back on the floor. I tried to ask her about ordering a dress but she told me to wait and walked away. I did not see her for a half hour.
Needless to say, I left.
I was also displeased with their selection...it seemed minimal.

Provided by YP.comI would not recommend Atlas Bridal to anyone. We got our bride's maids dresses from them and we had nothing but problems. They gave us the wrong date of when our dresses would be in, then when they came in, the tops were the wrong color and they ordered the one dress the wrong size. Then they dyed our shoes without all the bride's maids trying them on and they dyed them the wrong color to boot. They told the bride it was the maid of honor that told them to dye the shoes, but I'm the maid of honor and I never told them that so they lied about me. I would be very careful if you go there. Get everything in writing or record them so they can't lie about you or someone else in the wedding party. And they aren't very good about keeping to their appointments. I sat there for a half hour with one of the bride's maids for her alterations until I stepped out of the room and the owner finally noticed us and came in the room. So their customer service is lacking to say the least.
