Late dropping me off at my appointment. Took hours picking me up. Very rude. I believe none of them that drive or work there are smart enough to tell time.

Horrible service. Driver was late dropping me off to my doctors appointment. Driver was late an whole hour late [picking me up from it. Loud music ( am radio) , texting while driving the car scent was horrible. I'm 37 weeks pregnant I stood outside for an hour in the blazing heat with groceries and my 7 year old daughter waiting for them I called 3 times while waiting complaining and everytime they thought it was funny and say "5 mins" worst cab service of them all besides glass city I hate their service even more

Loud music radio. She is Hindu and does not need to hear anything religious. Driver would not take a parralel route that was less bumpy and the same distance. Hill Avenue is being repaired and is down to one lane but full of potholes. Go down Dorr Street which has already been repaired. She is legally blind and cannot see distance and perception cannot see side vision. Blaring the horn parked in front of another apartment is rude and useless to her. The driver should go get her. She has already been in two other cabs from another cab company and is going to these medical because of pain. The driver needs to stay off his cell phone during driving. That is what voicemail is for. She is terrified and anxious she will be in another accident. I am her friend and neighbor and I went out because I was expecting ride and asked the driver to park in front of her apartment and go knock on her door. Which he would not do. So I went and knocked on her door and directed her to Blueline Cab of Toledo. Shecomplains to me every time she goes to her physical therapy appointment. I let the dispatcher know of these problems and he said no one indicated she was legally blind but that does not excuse the driver's rude and dangerous driving. Driver swerbed to not hit a motorcycle.

His attitude was bad, talking on the cell phone all the time and his driving was bad also
