Place is beautiful & very quiet for an apartment... However, everything else is horrible. The grounds are not kept up- bees & wasps everywhere in the summer & grass not cut, in the winter parking lots not cleared & no path to walk. Management is down right criminal. That is not an exaggeration. They lied to us multiple times so we would extend our lease to a year, even though we told them we would be moving out within the year. They told us that we could transfer our lease to another Edwards Communities. Maria is truly the most unprofessional "manager" I have ever met & PLEASE if you are considering moving here be prepared for management to not care about your air conditioner not working, bees on your patio(when your deathly allergic) your carpets being installed wrong, no one replying to your emails or phone calls & then being charged an arm & leg when you move out. Please stay away at all costs.
