I've lived here for two years and have had an unpleasant experience. My car and apartment were broken into within the first six months of moving in, many of the residents who own pets do not clean up after their animals (at one point, I could count 30 piles of dog feces within about a 10-15 foot radius of my front door, and I do not even own a pet), and maintenance has typically been slow in the past when I needed to put in a work order. There were several weeks this winter where there were no walkway lights on my side of the complex at night, which I found to be very dangerous. Additionally, I have had numerous noise issues with one of my neighbors and this issue has yet to be resolved despite the fact that I have filled out several noise complaints and have spoken to the office staff numerous times. For all of the money I pay to live here, I really do not think I should have to deal with as many of the issues that I have had. I would not recommend these apartments at all.
