Good prices, but you get what you pay for. Would NEVER order from again.

After receiving only part of what I had ordered. I contacted them to have the missing items shipped. After several days with several calls (which I never received one call back after asking, just to let me know the status) I ended up driving 50 miles to another company to pickup the missing items and called requesting a refund for the missing items. When finally having all the items to install, the first items that had came were damaged and unusable. Back on the phone another several days pass with no updates and more promises that they would call me back, I had to contact Cadet directly. Cadet was very helpful and informed me of the correct information and confirmed that the staff at F.N. Cuthbert had lied to me numerous times.

I am patient and had they just told me it was going to be several days before I received I could have waited, but lack of any type o communication led me on many days of wasted time.
