Awful. Does not return calls, does not know anything about commercial insurance. Cashed the check and didn’t deliver. Actually put his life on his word and must have died since I never heard back from him. Processes paper applications and does not have a good relationship with underwriters. He”s a real comedian in every since of the word and should stick to doing standup comedy.
