Educare Academy, on multiple occasions indicated they will provide transportation services. First day of school, they called, indicating they can not. Roughly about a month before pre school started we went into educate academy on Laskey rd and expressed interest in enrolling our three year old. They initially said, they would most likely be able to provide full transportation and would get back to us. Not even a week later, we got informed that they will be able to pick up and drop off our child. Throughout the process of enrolling our son, we expressed multiple times that, transportation is key and that would be the deciding factor of us sending him to educare or not. The staff, continued to inform us, that it will not be a problem. The first day of school, as we are waiting for the bus to pick our son up, my wife calls to see why the bus is late. They begin talking and one of the staff inform my wife that they will not drop off my child,but only be able to pick up in the am. When I called back and wanted to speak with the owner, the staff indicated that he is not at that location and that it was the owner that made the decision ONE WEEK AGO that the transportation requirements would change for all his locations. How is it fair to change such something that drastic so quickly and that close to start of school? Now my son will most likely not be able to get Enrolled in another school because of how late we got notified.
