I am extremely happy with the service I received from Mac at Europlus Autohaus. His prices are fair and service was great. I would recommend highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Helped me with my 2005 Honda Civic after hours diagnosing an overheating condition. I as told it was the head gasket (big $$ repair) by another mechanic, but they determined it was a plugged/faulty radiator. They replaced it same day and I was on the road. I have had my cars serviced at Europlus for years based on friends' recommendations. I have always been treated fairly. They aren't a high tech operation or fancy like a dealer, but they provide honest repairs and a competitive price.

Not very happy with EuroPlus Autohaus. I was at the liberty of Mack and his services when my car broke down on the freeway 200 miles from home. It turned out to be the fuel pump which he replaced for $600 which was comporable to the dealership price but again, I had no choice. I needed to get my car home. Now some 7 months later I have another problem with the car associared with fuel pump that had Mack been a smart mechanic would have known that the gasket needed to be replaced as well. Wish I could have gotten everything fixed at once. Oh well...you live and you learn.

I Literally never experienced more of a headache in my life,

My car was running perfectly until I took my car in to change the JUST the alternator which should have been a simple job...came back the next day to find my car smoking from the serpentine belt because he installed it wrong, so he was nice enough to replace the serpentine belt since it broke...Next day I go to pick it up and get a half mile down the road where the car breaks down had to pay for a tow to take it back, he has NOOO idea what is wrong with it and says something broke which he claims he had nothing to do with. So i paid this guy to ruin my car...my car still does not run the way it was before I dropped it off. Now I am spending a lot of money to have Audi fix his mistakes. He refuses to take responsibility for his actions.

Oh I was without a car for a week just to fix an alternator.

Couldn't rate higher if I had to do so. Fantastic service, reasonable prices, the works. Great little shop.

I went to get my transmission replaced and they found a cheaper solution that another shop did not realize.
