We purchased a dinette set and paid for its set-up as well after delivery. Immediately after the deliverers left we noticed a slit in one of the chair seats. When called the answerer admitted that it was probably done by a box cutter used by their employees in unpacking the furniture. We were told the seat would be replaced in two weeks. Nearly 3 months later, despite calls to the store where we were told that the problem would soon be settled and that we would be contacted we waited. Within the last two weeks we received a call from the store and the seat was replaced the next day and we were given a $100 certificate toward another purchase as an apology for our wait. We are quite happy with our furniture and would buy from Terry again but we'd check the product thoroughly upon delivery.
