0 stars really!!! Do not use this business!!! My friend had his motorcycle towed, because it had a flat tire. They sent someone who couldn't even get the bike on the back of the bed and my friend had to help him. He received a call from the motorcycle shop a short time later stating that Granger's had dropped the motrcycle and it was messed up. Accidents happen. So Granger's said they would take care of fixing it. They were going to paint over the scratches. He said no and decided to allow the motorcycle shop repair the bike properly. The biggest issue is when he went to Granger's to sign off for them to give him a check for the motorcycle shop to fix the bike, he got confronted by one of the owner's children accusing him of trying to scam them. What kind of business messes up your property and tells you that you're trying to scam them? Bottom line: They were asked to tow the bike, not drop it. Any damage is their fault and they are at every turn trying to harrass him and minimize their fault in the damage to the bike.

I'm also reaching out to the BBB. I do not want anyone else ever being treated the way I have witnessed Granger's treating my friend.
