Like others have said, they charge you for everything they possibly can when you move out. As an example, we were charged for leaving a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, not a joke. The other charges were equally as outrageous. They even charged us to repaint, which last I checked is included in the whole apartment deal. We left the place spotless. To make matters worse, they send you directly to collections before you even have the invoice. The first time you find out you owe them money is through a collection agency. It's truly not worth living here. They made moving out an absolute nightmare and ruined an otherwise decent apartment experience. Look elsewhere. There are more ethical places out there.

Upon signing the lease we found several issues with the apt:carpet filthy,Bathroom had burn marks on floor, poorly caulked toilets, mold on sink, loose ceiling fan,stove missing the hood.the siding on the patio became disconnected, month after reporting it,my sink backed up cuz of garbage disposal. A week later she told me to just not use my dishwasher, and that my patio siding had been fixed,i was watching it blow in the wind. I called Bill Cosgrove 419-810-9090 threatend to fix it myself, THATS when things got fixed. Then,I grab a bag from under kitchen sink and notice a horrible smell.i find a puddle of water, wet appliances one of which is my brand new fryer,in the box, completely soaked, moldy box. I call the leasing office the next morning,they tell me that i should have reported the issue sooner.I spoke with the owner, he became defensive and argumentative,He said even if we're at fault we're not responsible, thats what you have renters insurance for. The lease doesnt say this.
