mr. bill higley is the most compassionate and personable lawyer ive had the pleasure to help guide me when i was at my most vulnerable, in debt and almost homeless (living with my 2kids in a friends basement) after i had thought social security in ohio and michigan couldnt kick me harder and the misfortunes that followed my 3 rejection letters after i applied myself, with my grandpa and then with the help of a state rep thru a toledo, ohio program, i never saw a light at the end of our tunnel. being a single dad already was hard but unable to lift 15lbs. walk a flight of stairs or even drive a cab because of my medical conditions. bill higley at 520 madison avenue in suite 1048 but moved down the hall to 1055 had a great office manager named Julie but still my 1st meeting with his office I was face to face talking to Bill like any ordinary person and he showed so much kindness and was humble but so very insightful about my medical history and current inability to be employed doing the work id done for most of my life, and i wasnt the educated man that i hoped but that aside i felt a personal commitment from him the first time i entered his office. hes a lawyer in a building thats known for 10floors of different lawyers but he works for himself, no partners and any specialty lawyers or doctors were all paid by social security without going outside of mr. higleys contracted amount. he knows this side of the law in ohio like u know your favorite movie you watch 100x because hes like magic!

he not only had me back into my own home paid for by housing programs he signed me into during my appeal i started getting medical insurance thru my county and help with utilities, transportation was free to & from any doctor appointment and i was given free grants to continue my education, before we ever step foot into a court room or appeal hearing all this was laid at my feet!

the man is such a saint and really cares that people like myself are not aware of these little loops that noone else tells u anything about. they put u in a homeless shelter before giving away our paid for benefits! i urge anyone with 100 miles of any of mr. higleys offices to never look or trouble yourself with another lawyer! please! he can handle medical malpractice, any type of disability no matter how much u get denied before seeing him dont call a lawyer on tthose dumb commercials. they r never around to talk to u over the phone let alone see u & family face to face every time knowing u as well as yourself. he just cannot be beat!

call his office and use CHRIS ROBERTS as a referral when Julie or his other lovely paralegals answers and say BILL said to make a personal appointment asap with him in the flesh and I guarantee u will get the red carpet treatment!

i have since referred many family members, friends, aquintances and when the staff hears CHRIS ROBERTS any red tape will not be an issue. gather your denial and appeal letters as many medical records as u can or at least every doctor, hospital, chiropractor, specialist in every state u have been seen & have them listed so he can find u every red cent ur owed!
