I am very pleased that I called ken when I was having some woodburner issues. I have had trouble in the past finding someone knowledgable when It comes to wood burners, or the employees the larger companies send out are shady and not very helpful. I felt Ken spent ample time explaining all the details of why we were having the issues we were having and explaining options we had to correct them. He was very cautious about making a mess and keeping dust to a minimum while cleaning the stovepipe from the inside of our house. I've also had Ken install a chimney liner at another property and was very pleased at his professionalism then as well. I'll definitely being calling Ken back for our yearly cleaning.
