had the worst experience ever in a little caesar. they forgot to make my order even though I was in the store. when it was figured out I said that I needed to talk to the other people that we effected by they mistake. the one guy called the other (must have be the person in change) for a refund. I was on the phone when this guy yelled across the store( I was on the phone trying to decide what to do) that he needed my name phone # to get the refund. I yelled back that he would need to wait to see what I was doing. When I got off the phone I had to wait again for him to get the refund because I was now so upset that I will never go to this location again. Oh it wasn't until he was giving me to money back that I even hear the words i'm sorry. I think that this is no manager and the company needs to rethink who they have in this position because this guy should never deal with the guests. this was on wednsday 10/22/2014 at about 12:45- 1:10 yes that was the amount of time that was wasted by this.
