Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Transfered between locations and am told for an entire day that I'll be receiving email confirmation (picture) of the correct part and 3 inquiries have gone unfulfilled. The parts advisor for the heavy truck department is a TOOL and just likes to talk over you instead of being a professional. Kristen in sales from the Akron division has a typical cold call marketing attitude toward customer service.

I was told the part was in their warehouse but there is no way to contact them, there are no phones there, and it impossible to reach anyone there via email or otherwise to confirm the part. Extremely stressful on my productivity in my repair facility and my customers vehicle.

Absolutely no help at all. LKQ loses my business from here on out thanks to these two degenerates.

Lqk where great they got me the part I needed at a very fair price, explain to me the condition it was in and they where very helpful and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.
